Ben Dijk

Ben Dijk currently serves as the Head of Radiotherapy laboratory technician at Reinier de Graaf hospital, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ben was the Manager of Quality & Safety at RHMDC, where responsibilities included leading a team to develop an organization-wide quality and safety policy from September 2022 to August 2023. Between July 2019 and November 2021, Ben held the position of Lab Manager for Quality Testing at Bayer, overseeing laboratories focused on disease and physiology testing. Ben's experience in laboratory management began at Monsanto Company, where roles included Lab Manager of Seed Health and Technician Senior in Seed Health from June 2010 to June 2019. Prior positions included Laboratory Technician at De Ruiter Seeds and Biotechnology Laboratory Technician at the European Veterinary Laboratory from November 1999 to June 2010. Ben Dijk's educational background includes MBO/MLO studies in Rotterdam from 1995 to 1999 and attendance at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2006-2007 in Biology and Medical Laboratory Research.
