Cordon Daley

Cordon Daley is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including healthcare and behavioral health. Currently serving as Chief Diversity Officer at Reinvestment Fund since September 2022, Cordon previously held the role of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Community Behavioral Health, where significant advancements in DEI initiatives were achieved, including increased employee satisfaction and compliance rates. With early career experience in the US Navy's Medical Service Corps and various healthcare leadership roles, Cordon has developed expertise in program oversight, strategic planning, and operations management. Cordon holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University.
