Kelsey Weber

Kelsey joined Reisenfeld & Associates in 2021 as the Director of Human Resources. As the HR Director, Kelsey leads all HR responsibilities including employee relations, benefits administration, HR technology & compliance and talent acquisition. Kelsey brings 10 years of Human Resources experience to the firm, holding many different HR roles previously, the most recent being an HR leader for Hillenbrand, a global diversified industrial company.
