Aya Zhang

Aya Zhang has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006. Aya began their career at CEVA Logistics as an HR Officer, where they were responsible for budget projection, recruitment, and performance appraisal. In 2008, they moved to TNT as an HR Manager, Parcel. In 2012, they joined Sanofi as a Senior HR Manager. In 2017, they joined GSK as an HR Director, where they were an HRBP for Rx and Vx parts. Currently, they are the Head of HR & Business Support team and Senior HR Director at Reistone Biopharma.

Aya Zhang has a varied educational background. Aya completed their Global MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Politics from Ningxia University from 2011 to 2013. Aya also attended Shanghai University from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a College degree in Administration. Additionally, Aya has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Communicating with Empathy, Connecting with Executives, Employer Branding to Attract Talent, Human Resources Foundations, Human Resources in the On-Demand Economy, Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact, Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems, Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding, Organization Design, Talent Management, Understanding Business, and HR as a Business Partner, which they obtained in March and February of 2020.
