Michelle Eunson is an experienced professional who has held various high-level positions in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Michelle has led strategic organizational change, program design, and fundraising efforts in organizations such as Vision Australia, Melbourne Health, and Modbury Hospital Foundation. Michelle is currently serving as the Innovation Transformation Manager at Real Estate Institute of Victoria, bringing their expertise in managing diversification of income streams and strategic business development.
