Sabina Aldouby has extensive experience in property management, having served as a Property Management Chapter Committee member at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) since January 2015. As a Director at Luxe Property since 2006, Sabina has developed a comprehensive property management experience, managing a diverse portfolio in inner Melbourne for over 17 years. Additionally, Sabina held the role of Manager for the Property Management Department at Mirvac from October 1999 to June 2003, where systems and procedures were developed to enhance service for investors. A brief consultancy at Australand in 2003 involved setting up a Property Management Division, while earlier experience includes managing a portfolio of 200 properties at K L Dowling & Co from 1996 to 1999. Sabina Aldouby holds a Certificate IV in Business and a Real Estate License from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 1998 and 2001.

Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV)

Our mission is to enhance the professional excellence of our members to the benefit of the communities they work within, and to advocate and represent their interests. The REIV has been the peak professional association for the Victorian real estate industry since 1936. As the voice of the industry they provide analysis and commentary of the property market, using the latest data and research. We support Members with information and advice on matters specific to the real estate industry, and advocates to government on their behalf. A range of communications are regularly produced to keep Members up-to-date with information on the real estate industry and the current market environment. The REIV provides training and events for new entrants and experienced real estate professionals across all sectors of the property profession. In addition, a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program informs Members of changing trends, markets and regulatory requirements. The Institute has over 7,000 Members from a diverse range of specialist areas including: - Residential Sales - Commercial and Industrial Sales - Property Management - Auctions - Business Broking - Buyers Agency - Owners'​ Corporations Management - Valuations. REIV Members are located in city, rural and regional areas.
