Mikko Vaahersalo

Mikko Vaahersalo currently serves as the CEO of Rejlers Finland Oy since May 2021. Prior to this role, Mikko held several positions at Empower Group, including Chief Executive Officer for Empower TN and Empower IN OY from October 2016 to February 2020, and was involved in acquisition integration until leaving in spring 2021 after a successful exit process in 2020. Mikko's career at Empower Group began in 2007, where roles included Project Director, Director of Development, and Service Manager. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure as a Mechanical Engineer at Stora Enso from April 2001 to August 2007. Mikko holds dual Master’s degrees in Engineering Technology from LUT University.
