Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Technology Transfer at AGTC, Director of Process Development at Western Oncolytics Ltd., and Director Of Research and Development at LifeLink Foundation. Ayesha also has significant experience as a Senior Scientist and Principal Investigator at Sanofi, along with roles at the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Wayne State University, Gage Products Company, and the City of Oak Park. Ayesha M. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemistry from Wayne State University. Ayesha further pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering and Material Sciences with a Biomaterial design thesis at the same university. Ayesha completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering / Tissue Engineering from Wayne State University.
