Francesco Maria Todaro

Francesco Maria Todaro has a diverse range of work experience in legal counsel and contract management. Francesco Maria began their career at Studio Legale Zucconi Galli Fonseca, where they worked as a Lawyer and Trainee Lawyer from September 2013 to September 2015. Francesco Maria then moved on to Paolo Castelli S.p.A., where they served as a Legal Counsel from February 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they focused on contract drafting and corporate activities, including corporate governance and compliance with GDPR. After that, Todaro joined Rosetti Marino Group of Companies as a Legal Counsel from May 2019 to May 2022, where they handled contract negotiations and provided legal advice to project management teams and top management. Currently, they work at Rekeep as the Head of Private & International Contracts & Claims, responsible for drafting and negotiating various business agreements and contracts, including M&A operations and standard contracts.

Francesco Maria Todaro's education history begins in 2008 when they started studying at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Francesco Maria pursued a Law degree, specializing in Course Masterful, for a period of 5 years, until 2013. In 2014, they enrolled at LUISS Business School and completed their Master's degree in Sport Management in 2015. Following this, in 2017, they obtained their professional qualification, Abilitazione alla Professione Forense, from Corte d'Appello di Bologna. Francesco then furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bologna Business School, starting in 2023.
