Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise also includes a tenure as a nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
