Jennifer Muller

Jennifer Muller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career in 2004 as a Senior Assistant Manager at Luminar PLC, where they were responsible for operational aspects of the business, including stock control, recruitment, and customer care. Jennifer then progressed to roles such as General Manager and Deputy Manager at Luminar PLC, gaining experience in budgeting, people management, and venue operations.

In 2011, Jennifer joined Luminar Leisure as a Jongleurs Area Manager, where they were involved in the roll-out of the Jongleurs franchise and focused on venue visits, financial reviews, and marketing. Jennifer also worked as an Executive Assistant at Gatecrasher/Bed in the same year.

Jennifer later became the Operations Manager at Illusion magic bar in 2012, before taking on their own venture as the Owner Operator of Vittoria Bristol in 2013. During this time, they honed their skills and became more accountable for decision-making and management responsibilities.

In 2017, Jennifer joined Roslyns Accounting Company Limited as a Business Development Manager, contributing to the company's growth and development. Jennifer then transitioned to Star Pubs & Bars in 2019 as a Training Delivery Manager, overseeing training programs.

Jennifer's most recent roles include Learning and Development Manager and Head of Campus UK at REKOM UK, where they focused on learning and development initiatives and campus operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Learning and Development UK at REKOM Group A/S, continuing their work in the learning and development field.

Jennifer Muller has a Master Practitioner degree in Neuro Linguistic Programming from INLPTA. Jennifer also holds a Foundation Degree in Night Club Management (Late Night Entertainment) from Nottingham Trent & Loughborough College.
