David Desharnais

David Desharnais is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and digital product management across multiple industries. Currently serving as President & CEO at Rekor since January 2022, David also holds the position of President at USDOT Research and Technology and is a Board Director at Intterra and Georgia-Pacific's Point A Center for Supply Chain Innovation. Previously, David has held leadership roles at IDEMIA, Amazon Web Services, and American Express, where responsibilities spanned global strategy, product development, and digital innovation. David's academic credentials include an MBA from UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
