Aldi Irawan

Aldi Irawan is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading software development teams. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Reku since December 2022, Aldi has implemented new processes to enhance team collaboration and productivity. Prior experience includes managing two product teams at Bukalapak from May 2017 to November 2022, where Aldi focused on optimizing engineers' performance and skill development. Earlier roles at Bukalapak included Associate Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development and improvement of the Mitra Bukalapak platform. Aldi also has experience as Software Engineer Team Lead at Freelancer.com, overseeing a team responsible for project management features, and as a Software Engineer at Redflex, demonstrating full-stack development capabilities. Aldi holds a Graduate Diploma of Business & IT from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Application Programming from RMIT University.
