Rendi Black has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rendi started their career in 1984 at State Farm Insurance, where they held various roles such as Agent, AFC, AFE, Assistant Vice President, and Executive Assistant. In these positions, they focused on building relationships with customers, providing insurance and financial services, and being a trusted advisor. In 2002, they became Vice President Agency at State Farm Insurance, leading realignment efforts and establishing partnerships to increase productivity and personal accountability. In 2020, Rendi joined TBR Performance Coaching and Consulting as a Performance Coach and later became the Director of Client Relations at Relations Research, LLC.
