Cedric Gaddis, MBA, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Human Resources at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health. In their previous role as the Director of Strategic Talent Partnerships at NT Concepts, Cedric managed various programs such as apprenticeships and the Summer STEM Internship program.
