Fola Shotade is a customer service agent at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health since August 2022, where responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, working with databases, and completing compliance training to protect patient information. Prior experience includes a brief stint as a bartender at hap Solutions Group during a three-day festival in July 2022, managing fast-paced service and crowd control. Fola also worked as a sales assistant at Intersport Elverys in February 2020, focusing on time management and enhancing communication skills with customers. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Maynooth University, with an education background from Our Lady of Mercy Secondary School.
