Sladjana Djordjic

Sladjana Djordjic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sladjana is currently the Director of Revenue Cycle at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health since May 2023. Previously, they worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle Support at Allegheny Health Network from September 2021 to May 2023. In their earlier roles, they held positions at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health, where they served as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management from October 2019 to September 2021, a Senior Consultant from July 2018 to October 2019, and a Junior Consultant from November 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Cleveland Clinic as a Pre Access Team Lead from November 2015 to November 2017, a Pre Access Representative from October 2014 to November 2015, and a Patient Financial Service Representative from May 2013 to October 2014. Sladjana also completed a Management Internship at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, from February 2014 to April 2014.

Sladjana Djordjic completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Administration from Bryant & Stratton College - Parma between 2011 and 2014. Sladjana then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sladjana Djordjic has also obtained two certifications. Sladjana completed the Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) program offered by the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) in April 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in May 2020.
