Fay Williams

Fay Williams has a diverse work experience in the compliance field. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Compliance Analyst and later as a Jr. Desk Compliance Manager at Reliant Realty Services, LLC. In 2018, they joined Pinnacle City Living as an Assistant Property Manager/Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for LIHTC and Tax Exempt Bond compliance for over 1,300 units. Fay also held the position of Sr. Compliance Specialist during their time at Pinnacle City Living. In 2020, Fay joined Pronto Housing as a Director of Compliance, and they are currently holding the same position at Related Companies as of 2022.

Fay Williams holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Middle Eastern Studies from Trinity College-Hartford. Additionally, Fay has obtained several certifications including Fair Housing Specialist and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) from the National Center for Housing Management and Spectrum Seminars respectively. Fay also holds certifications as an Assisted Housing Manager and Blended Occupancy Specialist from Quadel and the National Center for Housing Management.
