Heather Patton

Heather Patton is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Related Companies since December 2021, Heather previously held significant roles at Greystar from July 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition efforts across California and Hawaii while building relationships to drive organizational success. Additional experience includes positions as HR Specialist/Corporate Recruiter at US Residential Group LLC, Contract Corporate Recruiter at Daikin AC, and various management roles at staffing firms. Heather is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at Colorado State University Global, expected to complete in May 2025, and holds an Associate of Science in Biology from Dallas College.
