Kris Muscolino has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Kris worked as a Vice President and General Superintendent at Related Companies, where they oversaw the development of a multi-billion dollar project in Hudson Yards. Kris also worked as a Senior Project Superintendent at CNY Group. At Turner Construction Company, they held several roles, including Preconstruction & Estimating Engineer and Project Superintendent, where they were responsible for site logistics, schedule development, and troubleshooting design issues. Kris also worked at Marquise Construction as the Director of Construction, handling estimating, project management, and contract administration. Additionally, they had roles at Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc., Grow Tunneling/Peter Kiewit & Sons, and Michaels Carpentry, where they gained experience in superintendent and engineering roles.
Kris Muscolino received an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Weschester Community College in the years 1990 to 1993. Following this, Kris pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Technology at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, Kris has obtained various certifications including a Supervisor SST 62 Hour Card from NYC DOB in January 2020, a NYC Superintendent License from NYC DO in 2008, and a GPRO Construction Management certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
