Stephanie Kuczynski

Stephanie Kuczynski, PHM, NCP HCCP (candidate), is a seasoned real estate consultant and company owner with extensive experience in property management and compliance. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant at Streamline Consulting, LLC, since January 2022, and as the owner of Streamline Consulting Services since October 2020, Stephanie also holds the position of Compliance Manager at Related Companies. Previous roles include Compliance Manager at Fairstead and Housing Choice Voucher Program Manager at Pontiac Housing Commission, where management of 770 HUD vouchers was achieved alongside attaining high performance status. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Property Manager at Premier Property Management and a Property Manager/Multi-Site Manager at First Centrum Property Management, along with an early career role as Assistant to the Director of US and Canadian Operations at Robinson Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Delta College.
