Michael Reed

Michael Reed has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Michael started their career in 2006 as an Insurance Sales Agent at Allstate, where they sold various insurance products and identified cross-selling opportunities. Michael then joined AAA Insurance in 2007 as a CSR, where they quoted and sold auto and property insurance and focused on customer retention. In 2013, they moved to Allen Tate Insurance as an Account Manager/CSR, responsible for underwriting personal lines risks and providing customer service. Currently, Michael Reed works at Relation Insurance Services since 2016, initially as an Account Manager/Team Leader and currently as a Senior Team Lead/Account Manager.

Michael Reed has studied Office Systems Technology at Central Piedmont Community College. Michael also holds a certification as an NC Property and Casualty Producer, obtained through the NC Department of Insurance.
