Vasiliki Syrgianni is an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently at Relational SA since February 2019, Vasiliki is part of a cross-functional team working on the Mitos Platform for the National Bank of Greece, applying Agile methodologies to gather and analyze business requirements. Prior experience includes roles as Knowledge Management Officer and Phone Banking Officer at subsidiaries of Piraeus Bank Group, where Vasiliki managed major projects and provided customer support regarding card services.
