Adriana Moscatelli

Adriana Moscatelli has an extensive work experience in various roles related to product management and UX design. Adriana'smost recent role was as the Director of Product Management at RelationalAI. Prior to that, they worked at Confluent as the Director of Product Management, where they led product development for the Experiences & Interfaces organization.

Before their time at Confluent, Adriana worked at Google as the Principal Product UX Manager for Google Cloud, Data Analytics, and BigQuery. Adriana led the development of Cloud Data Analytics products and was responsible for designing user journeys for various stakeholders. Additionally, Adriana served as the UX Manager for Google Workspace Admin Security, where they led the development of security features.

Prior to Google, Adriana worked at Microsoft as the Principal UX Manager for the AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning. Adriana established the UX Research and Design disciplines and grew a high-performing team within a large engineering organization.

Adriana also has experience as a Founder and CEO at Play Works Studio, where they launched and managed a startup in educational robotics. Additionally, they worked as the Director of UX Research and Design at uiidea, where they provided expertise in mobile UX development for clients such as Pokémon and Microsoft.

Earlier in their career, Adriana worked at Wizards of the Coast, Zumobi, Microsoft, and Nokia in various UX design and research roles. At Wizards of the Coast, they played a key role in building UX research, design, and development best practices for digital gaming products. At Zumobi, they designed zooming user interfaces for mobile devices and owned the UX for multiple core UI features. At Microsoft, they held roles as a Senior Interaction Designer and Lead Interaction Designer, where they planned usability research and developed information architecture for multiple products.

Adriana Moscatelli completed their undergraduate degree in Industrial Design at the Universidad de la República from 1990 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon University from 1998 to 2000. In 2017, Adriana audited the Data Analyst Nanodegree program at Udacity.
