Holly Rockwell

Holly Rockwell has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and people management. Holly currently holds the position of Head of People, VP at Relativity Space, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people and talent strategy aligned with the company's mission. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Relativity Space.

Before their time at Relativity Space, Holly worked at PayPal as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing operations, programs, sourcing, and talent attraction. Holly had also been the Head of Talent Acquisition at Honey, which was later acquired by PayPal. In this role, they led a team of 20 talent partners specialized in various recruiting areas, including technical, product, creative, and international recruitment, as well as talent operations, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Holly's work experience also includes a role at Snap Inc. as a Recruiting Leader and Communications specialist. Holly started their career at SpaceX, where they served as a Technical Recruiter before becoming the Manager of Talent Acquisition. At SpaceX, they played a crucial role in the company's growth, designing, manufacturing, and launching advanced rockets and spacecraft. Overall, Holly Rockwell has a strong background in talent acquisition and has made significant contributions to the organizations they have worked for throughout their career.

Holly Rockwell attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Administration. In 2009, they further pursued their education at Loyola Marymount University, completing a program in Human Resources Management Certification in 2010.
