Kristina Hambardzumyan

Kristina Hambardzumyan has extensive work experience in the gaming and gambling industry. Kristina is currently working as the Head of Business Development - Casino at Relax Gaming Ltd, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2022, Kristina served as the Director at Soft Construct (Malta), where they represented the company at legislative sessions and committee meetings, developed strategic plans to promote revenue and growth, and advanced the company's mission and objectives.

Before joining Soft Construct, Kristina worked at BetConstruct from 2012 to 2014, initially as a Business Development Executive and later as a Regional Director in Malta. Their responsibilities included managing the sales processes, identifying emerging markets, arranging business meetings with clients, and promoting the company's products and services. Kristina also worked as a Bookmaker of the Pre-match line during this time.

Prior to their tenure at BetConstruct, Kristina worked as a Marketing Manager at Vivaro Betting LTD from 2005 to 2012. In this role, they studied company products, translated technical details into user benefits, and analyzed market trends to position the products effectively.

Kristina started their career at the "Parmani" Charity Foundation in 2002, where they served as an Accountant and Office Manager until 2005.

Kristina Hambardzumyan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Economic Relations, and Marketing from YSU in 1999. In 2003, they received a Successful Accomplishment Certificate in Dealing in financial markets from the Armenian Development Bank. In 2001, they obtained an Accomplishment Certificate in High courses of guide translators from the Office of "1700th anniversary of adoption of Christianity as the state religion in Armenia".

In addition to their formal education, Kristina has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include GDPR 2020 and UK Anti-Money Laundering and Proceeds of Crime 2020 from iGaming Academy, LEAD1x: Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from HarvardX, and Anti-Money Laundering (Malta), Regulatory Environment (Malta), and GDPR 2019 from SMP Compliance Academy. Kristina has also completed courses in Digital Marketing, SEO Fundamentals, and Critical selling skills from various institutions.
