Praveen Sethi

Praveen Sethi has extensive work experience in various industries. In their most recent role as Head Business Development - Retail at RELAXO FOOTWEARS LIMITED since September 2020, they are responsible for driving business growth.

Prior to that, Praveen worked at ARCHIES LIMITED for 15 years, starting as the National Business Head in February 2005. During their tenure, they played a key role in expanding the brand, opening over 250 stores and implementing a successful franchise model in Tier 2 cities. Praveen also managed profit center operations, strategized brand expansion, and generated investments for working capital flow.

Before ARCHIES LIMITED, Praveen co-founded Headstock Ent. Pvt. Ltd., an entertainment solutions company, where they successfully launched new and recognized pop artists, managed sales and distribution, and handled production and promotion of music albums.

Praveen also served as the General Manager at Archies Music, a music division of Archies Limited. During their tenure from February 1998 to January 2002, they played a pivotal role in transforming the division into a full-fledged music house. Praveen mentored the launch and promotion of various artists and managed all aspects of the business, including repertoire management, sales and distribution, and marketing activities.

Praveen's early career includes a role as Marketing Manager at Crest Communication Ltd., where they managed studio operations and sold services to clients in the advertising and entertainment industry. Praveen was also an Assistant Marketing Manager at Jain Television and a Branch Head at Business India.

Praveen started their career at Escorts Limited as a Territory Manager, where they worked from June 1990 to March 1993.
