Idil Osman

Idil Osman, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of People at Relay since July 2024. Prior to this role, Idil held various positions at Flipp from September 2017 to July 2024, including Sr. Manager of HRBP & Talent Acquisition, Partner Account Lead for Business Development, and Sr. HR Business Partner. Idil also worked as a Consultant HR Business Partner at LoyaltyOne from March 2016 to September 2017 and began the HR career as an HR Generalist at Softchoice from December 2013 to February 2016. Earlier experience includes working as a Behavioural Therapist at Behaviour Innovations from May 2011 to January 2013. Idil's educational background includes a degree in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour with a focus on Linguistics from McMaster University (2008-2012) and a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate from Sheridan College (2013).
