David Steiner

David Steiner is a board member at Relay Graduate School of Education. Prior to their current position, Steiner held various academic leadership positions, including academic dean at Achievement First and summer fellow at Relay Graduate School of Education. David has also taught English at the high school level, both as a founding teacher at KIPP DC and as a department chair and team leader at Ballou Senior High School through Teach For America. Steiner earned their Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.

David Steiner's educational career includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with Distinction in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Secondary Education from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Tufts University.
