Kajal Ravani

Kajal Ravani is the Director of Partnerships for Relay’s Professional Education team. In this role, she manages partnerships with schools, districts, and other organizations around the country. She enjoys forming relationships with school partners and connecting their teachers and leaders to Relay's variety of high-impact training and professional development programs. ‍Kajal began her career as a college advisor in Detroit, Michigan, where she worked closely with high school students and their families to plan for life after high school. She moved to Washington, DC in 2017, where she began her career with Relay Graduate School of Education as the Director of Strategy & Operations for the Relay Washington, DC teacher training program. Kajal earned her B.A. in Social Policy from Michigan State University and currently lives in Detroit, MI.
