Rebecca Utton

Rebecca Utton is the Senior Dean of National Academies. She previously led the Midsouth ILPD and supported the California ILPD. Before joining the Relay team, she worked for STRIVE Prep Charter Schools in Denver, Colorado as a school leader then Managing Director of middle and high schools. She has a Bachelors in Pan-African Studies from Barnard College, a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University and a Master of Science in School Leadership from Harvard University. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her two children.
