Mike Shertz

Mike Shertz is a product manager who currently works at Relay Network. Mike has experience working with analytics products and has a forward-looking vision for product development. Mike has also facilitated cross-functional internal and external steering committees to keep stakeholders informed of the product roadmap and gather feedback. In addition, they have engaged in sales processes with clients to understand their wants and needs. Mike has also worked with UX on mockups and prototypes for new features and has conducted user research to determine customer wants.

Mike Shertz's educational career includes completing a Software Engineering Immersive program at Hack Reactor, as well as earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton in 2011. Mike also has an MBA in Finance and General from the University of Scranton. Additionally, they have certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Agile Leadership and from Nielsen Norman Group in UX Certification.
