Alyson Clayton

Alyson Clayton has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Her career began at Bandwidth.com, where they served as an Operations Manager from 2007-2009. Alyson then moved to Raleigh Radiology, where they served as a Physician Liason from 2009-2011. In 2011, they joined Career Foundations Inc. as a Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for full life cycle executive recruiting for permanent and contract positions. In 2013, they returned to Bandwidth.com, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner for both Bandwidth and Republic Wireless. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of People Services at Republic Wireless, and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of People Services at Relay, the company formed when Republic Wireless spun out of Bandwidth and transitioned to Dish.

Alyson Clayton is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, which they expect to complete in 2024. Alyson previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Communication from Western Carolina University in 2006. Before that, they attended Athens Drive High School. In addition, they hold a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance, obtained in June 2022, and is certified to teach the VitalSmarts: Crucial Conversations Course.
