Jennifer Gutsalyuk, MA, CSCP has held a variety of roles since 2006. Jennifer began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006. In 2008, they became a Counselor II at the Child Care Services Association. Jennifer then returned to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011, where they held the role of Resident Advisor - UNC Horizons. In 2015, they joined Republic Wireless as a Product Manager, where they managed a device and accessory portfolio of 200+ active SKUs. Jennifer also served as a Supply Chain Analyst and Customer Care Advocate. In 2021, they joined Relay as a Customer Success Manager, where they manage a portfolio of over 200 enterprise customer accounts. Jennifer is responsible for onboarding, full lifecycle management, and support of all products and services to the customer.

Jennifer Gutsalyuk obtained a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010. Jennifer then went on to obtain an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Central University in 2014. In 2016, they were certified as a Certified Supply Chain Professional by APICS.
