Peter Klaus Mueller, CSM, ITIL, LSSGB has over 35 years of professional experience in the IT and Engineering fields. Peter Klaus began their career in 1986 as a Senior Software Engineer at Northrop DSD, where they developed component, SRU, LRU and system test software for electronic counter measure systems. In 1990, they joined Motorola, first as an Engineering Manager, where they led teams in the delivery of simulated GPRS protocol stacks for cellular phone test, development of EDGE capable simulators for test evolution, and design of WCDMA test systems for 3G cell phone test and development. Peter Klaus then moved to the role of Software Section Manager, where they delivered stability through regular release testing of custom cellular modem releases, managed Digital Signal Processor performance assessment and improvement, and led Clearcase management of digital signal processing source code builds for UMTS modem. In 2011, they joined Motorola Mobility as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they led a carrier validation and RF performance test team validating all tiers of cell phone products against 5 U.S. carrier requirements. Peter Klaus then moved to MicroTrain Technologies in 2015 as a Student - PMP. Finally, they joined Republic Wireless in 2016 as an Engineering Program Manager and Outsourcing Test Manager before moving to their current role as Engineering Program Manager at Relay in 2021.

Peter Klaus Mueller has a diverse educational background. Peter Klaus obtained an Associate's Degree in Engineering from McHenry County College in 1984-1986. Peter Klaus then attended Iowa State University, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from 1984-1986. Mueller then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from National Technological University from 1992-1998. In 2015-2016, they attended Microtrain and obtained an IT Management + 3 degree in Project Management. In addition, they have obtained two certifications, a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in October 2015 and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in February 2016.
