Kaitlyn Snodgrass is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning. Kaitlyn has worked in various roles, including Organizational Development Manager at Relay Resources, Learning and Organizational Development Specialist, and Learning and Development Specialist. With a background in instructional design and project management, Kaitlyn has a strong track record of developing training assets, managing employee surveys, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective training content. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a Digital Technology Concentration from Washington State University.
