Caitlin Patriquin

Caitlin McMahon Patriquin is a seasoned clinical science leader with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Science at Relay Therapeutics since April 2024, Caitlin is responsible for the design and protocol development of clinical studies and oversees training for study teams and sites. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Director of Clinical Science at Foghorn Therapeutics Inc., where contributions included scientific development and clinical document management. Caitlin's career also includes significant positions at Foundation Medicine, focusing on clinical bioinformatics operations, and management of bone marrow transplant trials at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. With a Master of Liberal Arts in Biotechnology from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bates College, Caitlin combines robust academic credentials with practical, hands-on experience in clinical research and operations.
