Jessica Casaletto

Jessica Casaletto is an accomplished biologist with extensive experience in drug development and cancer research. Currently serving as Senior Director of Biology at Relay Therapeutics since January 2017, Jessica has progressed through various roles, including Principal Scientist and Director. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Scientist and Research Team Leader for MM-131 at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, where Jessica led preclinical discovery efforts for a monoclonal antibody and fostered collaborations to advance clinical development strategies. Jessica also held positions at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and Duke University, focusing on the effects of ErbB receptors and earning a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Duke University. Jessica's educational background includes a B.A. in Biology from the University of Virginia and attendance at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
