Claudia Borgwardt

Claudia Borgwardt currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at relayr since January 2023. Previously, Claudia held the position of Global Head of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management at Exyte from April 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included defining and leading global strategies for employer branding, talent acquisition, and employee satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Global HR Business Partner at Oerlikon, focusing on organization setup and talent management within the Additive Manufacturing business unit, and a role in talent management at The Linde Group. Claudia has also led HR at pinta elements GmbH, owned a café and art gallery, and worked as an HR consultant supporting IT start-ups. Early career experience includes strategic HR roles at Oracle and administrative roles at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf and Wesselhoeft, Ahlers & Schües KG.
