Manikkanddan K E has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Training & Development Officer at Micron Technologies, focusing on programming languages and providing support for industrial projects. In 2004, they joined Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Department Head - HR BP and Recruitment, where they led recruitment, talent management, and stakeholder management activities. Manikkanddan later became a Group Manager - HR Business Partner and played a key role in the "Great place to work" initiative and the implementation of the "Talent Hub" project. In 2012, they joined Bosch as an HR Business Partner and was responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding. Manikkanddan also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager and a Human Resources Operations Manager during their tenure at Bosch. In 2019, they joined Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as a Deputy General Manager Human Resources, where they led the talent acquisition function. In 2021, they became the Vice President - Head HR at iOPEX Technologies, overseeing HR operations across various countries. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Human Resources at Sify Technologies Limited, where they are responsible for talent management, people strategy, and leadership development. Manikkanddan K E holds a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur. Manikkanddan also has an MBA in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from K.L.N. College of Engineering Madurai. Additionally, Manikkanddan has obtained certifications in Design Thinking from Patrick Collins in 2018, Interviewing skills in 2011, Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000; CMMI standards from TÜV Rheinland AG in 2006, and G1 German language from Goethe-Institut Munich in 2005.
