Marcello Pulicelli has a diverse work experience in project management in the energy and technology sectors. Marcello started their career at GE Power, where they served as a Project Manager for various projects, including complex modifications and upgrades and cross-product projects. Marcello also held a leadership role as the Base Business Execution Leader, responsible for low-risk profile projects. Marcello then worked at ABB as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing energy transmission projects, including the construction of high voltage circuit breakers and mobile substations. Currently, Marcello is working at relayr as a Senior Project Manager in Customer Success, where they focus on end-to-end execution of customer projects that involve AI/IoT-enabled business transformation and advanced business orchestration. Throughout their career, Marcello has demonstrated skills in planning, budgeting, cost control, and coordinating internal and external teams to ensure quality delivery within schedule and budget.

Marcello Pulicelli pursued their education starting from 2001 to 2006 at Liceo Scientifico "Albert Einstein" - Milano, where they obtained their Maturità scientifica. Following this, from 2006 to 2011, they attended Politecnico di Milano and successfully earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Marcello Pulicelli acquired certifications such as Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC in July 2018 and TOEFL iBT from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in March 2011.
