Michael Poon

Michael Poon is the current Director of Product at Release. Prior to this, they served as Head of Product at South Park Commons from June 2021 to February 2022. Michael was also a Member at South Park Commons from November 2017 to February 2018. From November 2017 to May 2021, they were the Co-founder and COO at System2 Technologies. From May 2016 to November 2017, they served as Lead Product Manager at Formation. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder at Kimochi from August 2015 to May 2016. Michael also served as Head of Product at Apptimize, Inc. from July 2014 to September 2015. Before that, they were the Developer Evangelist at Twitch.TV from January 2013 to July 2014. Michael started their career as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft from September 2011 to December 2012.

Michael Poon completed their undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
