Manish Kumar

Manish Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Manish currently holds the position of Operations Team Lead at ReleasePoint, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they were a Product Management student at Pragmatic Leaders, starting in December 2022.

Manish also has a significant background in Amazon, where they held multiple positions. Manish started as a Customer Service Associate in March 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst in April 2018. From July 2021 to November 2022, they worked as a Case Manager.

Before joining Amazon, Manish gained experience in sales at Betterware Ltd. From September 2012 to August 2013, they worked as a Distributor Sales representative, responsible for acquiring new clients, providing excellent customer service, promoting the company's goods and services, and managing orders and deliveries. Initially, they received guidance from a sales coordinator but later worked independently.

Manish Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering from UHI in the duration of 2010 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's in Media and Film Business Administration (MMBA) from Annapurna College of Film and Media between 2013 and 2015. Before their Bachelor's degree, from 2008 to 2010, Manish attended Sri Chaitanya College where they completed their Board of Intermediate education. Additionally, Manish acquired additional certifications such as Sprinklr Marketing - Manage Brand Reputation from Sprinklr in March 2022 and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications in February 2023. As of now, Manish is planning to pursue a PG Diploma in Product Management from Pragmatic Leaders (YC W21) in 2023.
