Niall Mai

Niall Mai has extensive work experience in the technology and engineering field. Niall is currently working as the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at Relectrify since November 2020. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Relectrify from January 2020 to November 2020.

Prior to their role at Relectrify, Niall was the VP Engineering + Technology at Current, powered by GE, from April 2016 to March 2019. Niall also worked as the VP Engineering at Daintree Networks from December 2009 to April 2016. Daintree Networks was later acquired by Current (GE business) in 2017, where Niall continued their work.

Before their time at Current and Daintree Networks, Niall held the position of CTO at Sigtec from January 2007 to December 2009. Niall also worked at Raywood Communications, where they served as the CTO from 2005 to 2007, and as a Software Manager from 2000 to 2005.

Niall began their career as a DSP (Digital Signal Processing) Engineer at Raywood Communications from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they worked as a DSP Software Engineer at Signal Processing Associates from December 1995 to December 1997.

Overall, Niall Mai has a strong background in engineering and technology leadership, with experience in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Niall Mai attended La Trobe University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
