Megan Rubinstein

Megan Rubinstein has a diverse work experience in the event management industry. Megan started their career as a Lead Server and Bartender at Atlasta Catering & Event Concepts in 2018. Megan then worked as a Bartender at Pita Jungle from 2019 to 2020. Megan also had roles at Live Nation Entertainment, where they served as the Lead Guest Experience Host and later as the Night of Show Supervisor of Venue Upsells at The Van Buren from 2018 to 2022. Megan was responsible for providing excellent customer service, upselling seating upgrades, and managing the teams' duties during shows. Megan also worked as the Lead Box Office Attendant at Full Moon Festival LLC from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they worked at Ocotillo Open Air - AllDayAllNight Events as the Box Office Manager, where they handled ticket scanning, selling, and guest list management for three events using various ticketing platforms. Currently, Megan is employed at Relentless Beats, holding various positions since 2021, including Platinum VIP Supervisor, Fan Experience Manager, and currently serving as the FOH Operations Director. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing VIP operations, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating catering, and managing team schedules.

Megan Rubinstein is currently in the process of obtaining a Certification in Holistic Sexuality Education from the Institute for Sexuality Education and Enlightenment. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Northern Arizona University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Socio-cultural Anthropology. In 2015 and 2016, Megan participated in the University Study Abroad Consortium, focusing on Spanish and Latin American Culture. In 2012 and 2013, they attended Central Washington University to complete prerequisites. In addition to their formal education, Megan has obtained several certifications, including a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher 60 HR certification from SoulWork™ in January 2021 and a Certified Yoga Teacher 200 HR certification from SoulWork™ and Yoga Alliance in August 2020.
