Pea Lord-Doyle

Pea Lord-Doyle currently serves as the Global Head of People at Relevance AI, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Pea co-founded and served as a Board Member at Her Tech Circle, where responsibilities included board governance and volunteer management from July 2024 to September 2025. Pea has extensive experience in talent management, having worked at Immutable as the Global Head of Talent and Talent Attraction, Head of People and Talent, and Senior Manager, People and Talent from July 2020 to December 2024. Additionally, Pea held board member roles at Girls in Tech Australia and Sydney Observatory, focusing on leadership development and policy development, respectively. Academic qualifications include an ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Studies (Hons), both obtained from The University of Manchester.
