Naveen Sangani

Naveen Sangani began their work experience in 2000 as a Consultant at Altawave Inc. Naveen then worked as a Member Technical Staff at Sun Microsystems from 2001 to 2003. After that, they joined BEA Systems as a Team Lead from 2003 to 2005. Naveen then moved on to Ness Technologies, where they served as a Senior Manager and Program Director from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they led offshore product delivery for Quintiles and Pega, and implemented productivity and quality metrics. From 2012 to 2014, Naveen worked as an Associate Director at Quintiles. Since 2015, they have been employed as the Director of Engineering at Relevance Lab, where they are responsible for product portfolio delivery and program management. Naveen also acts as a Scrum Coach and guides the implementation of SAFe agile practices.

Naveen Sangani completed their education at Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in E-Business. Prior to that, they attended Osmania University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemistry.
