Matthias Fink

Matthias Fink has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matthias currently serves as the Managing Director DACH at Relevance, where they oversee the development of talented employees and leaders globally. Prior to this, Matthias held the position of Managing Director at K3 Coaching, where they also worked as a Trainer, Coach, and Consultant. Matthias previously worked at Lhoist as a Senior Market Manager, Arconic as an Account Manager, Outokumpu as a Country Sales Manager and Product Sales Specialist, Samsung C&T Corporation as a Stainless Steel Sales professional, and Woco Group as a Strategic Logistics specialist.

Matthias Fink pursued their education at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in International Business & Marketing. In 2005, they also attended the University of Waterloo for a brief period, focusing on International Human Resources, Economics, and Finance. Apart from their formal education, Matthias Fink has obtained a certification as a Zertifizierter systemischer Coach from the Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training (dvct) e.V. in July 2021.
