Amber DeBarr

Amber DeBarr has several years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Amber currently holds the position of Senior Account Director at Relevate Health. Previously, they worked at OhioHealth where they served as the Director of Communications, transforming and centralizing a team of over 20 members across 12 hospitals. During their time at OhioHealth, they also held the role of Director, Marketing & Customer Insights, where they supported growth efforts for the Neuroscience/Oncology lines of business and established a customer insights team/capability. Prior to OhioHealth, Amber worked at Northlich, a top advertising agency, where they held the positions of Account Supervisor, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager, leading business development and campaign development activities for major accounts. Amber also has experience as a Medical Sales Representative at Lincare and as a Marketing & Communications Program Coordinator at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Throughout their career, Amber has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, team leadership, and relationship management.

Amber DeBarr holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ohio Dominican University, which they earned from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications at The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Internal Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in January 2020.
