Tripti Jha

Tripti Jha is the current Director of HR at Relevel. Tripti has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Tripti began their career as a Management Trainee at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., where they were quickly promoted to Deputy Manager. In this role, they were responsible for executing the Performance Management System, employee engagement surveys, and various employee engagement activities. Tripti also implemented the Employee Health Management System and oversaw lateral and campus hiring. Tripti was then promoted to Senior Manager at Tata Motors, where they continued to focus on Talent Management and Employee Engagement. In October 2019, they joined Yulu as Lead HR, and they held this position until June 2021.
